Howard Scheinblum

Howard Scheinblum is a former judge of the Hartford District Superior Court in Connecticut. When he turned 70, Scheinblum took the position of judge trial referee, meaning that he would not have a presiding court but cases could be referred to him.[1] He retired from that position on March 31, 2017.[2]
Biography
Scheinblum received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and his J.D. from Boston University.[3]
