Hubert Collins (b. August 19, 1936) is a former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 97 from 1991 to 2017.

Biography

Collins' professional experience includes working as an auctioneer, car dealer, real estate broker and teacher. He served in the United States Army.
