Hugh V. Wingfield, III
Hugh V. Wingfield, III is a judge of the Ocmulgee Circuit of Georgia. He was first appointed in the bench in 1998. Wingfield's term ended in 2016.[1][2] He announced in February 2016 that he would not seek re-election.[3]
Education
Wingfield received his B.S. from Rollins' College and his J.D. from Mercer University.[4]
Career
Before he was a judge, Wingfield was an attorney in private practice in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1982.[4][5]
2012 election

Wingfield ran unopposed for re-election to the Ocmulgee Superior Court. He was re-elected after receiving 99.8 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[6][7]
