Humes J. Franklin, Jr.
Humes J. Franklin, Jr. was a judge for the 25th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He joined the court in 1997 and retired on December 31, 2012, having reached the mandatory retirement age of seventy.[2][3]
Education
Franklin received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from Wittenberg University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[4]
Career
Before he became a judge, Franklin worked as an attorney in private practice for thirty years.[4]
