My name is Hunter Avery, I live in Belmont, MS and am a member of the working class who is seeking office so that the actual majority of Americans have a louder voice in our nation’s politics.
  • Everyone should be treated fairly and equally.

  • I proudly support everyone defending our nation and believe that even a single homeless veteran is too many.
  • If I am elected, I will fight against corruption no matter what side of the aisle it is coming from.
I support Medicare-for-all, including vision and dental and believe that if that is unachievable in our current political climate that the government should intervene to lower the price of prescription drugs as well as hospital and preventative care to the point that it is affordable to everyone, regardless of if they have insurance or not.

I vehemently support voting rights. The policies we’ve seen brought forth in Georgia and other states are despicable and should be prevented by federal law.
I believe that we need far better funding for our public education system.

I wholeheartedly support infrastructure reform, so that we may continue to lead the world’s market.
Several people. Mainly Martin Luther King Jr., Abraham Lincoln, Dolly Parton, and Oprah Winfrey.
A good moral compass, a desire to do good, and acceptance of everyone regardless of their identity or race or country of origin.
To, above all else, ACTUALLY represent their constituents. To not vote against their constituents’ interests.
My very first job was at JCPenney’s as a seasonal temporary employee and I held that position for about three months.
The Alchemyst by Michael Scott. It combines all of the elements I love about fiction novels.
I was raised by a single mother most of my young life who was also completely blind. We know what it’s like to struggle. I believe this will help me to be a better legislator for the American people.
The power to initiate revenue bills, impeach a federal official, and decide the presidency in the event of an electoral college tie.
No. I simply believe that they should an interest in politics and a love for their fellow man and their nation.
The ever-growing climate crisis, civil unrest, and foreign nations attempting to interfere in our elections.
The Health Committee, the Education Committee, Ethics Committee, and Veterans’ Affairs Committee
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Congresswoman Katie Porter.
I’ve already spoken to many people, and a common story is that the government doesn’t seem to care about the things that everyday people care about and I couldn’t agree more and I intend to change that.
What do you call a deer with no eyes and no legs?
A still no-eye deer.
I would immediately move to increase taxes on the wealthy and on large corporations, while attempting to give small business at least a property tax cut.
