As of 2016, IUOE Local 12 (International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 12) was a 501(c)(5) labor union based in Pasadena, California. The union served California and Nevada and was a chapter of the International Union of Operating Engineers, a labor union made up of operating engineers, stationary engineers, nurses and healthcare industry employees, and employees in the petrochemical industry. The union was also an AFL-CIO union.[1][2]

Pregerson dismissed the case on February 2, 2017.[17]
