Ian has worked as a real estate appraiser, morning talk show host, journalist, and SAG/AFTRA voiceover talent. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve. He has a J.D. in law and is a Christian.

My Christian faith teaches me to be humble, to understand that my accomplishments are by the grace of God, and to hold myself to the highest ethical standards.

Government must rebuild trust with residents. This is done by offering a level of transparency that may be uncomfortable for the elected official, but is necessary to rebuild that trust.
