Ian M. O'Flaherty
Ian M. O'Flaherty was a district court judge for the 19th Judicial District in Virginia. He was appointed in 1990 and retired from the court on March 15, 2016.[1]
Education
O'Flaherty received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[2]
