I was born and raised in Midway, as the proud son of two business owners. Over the course of my life, I've witnessed Midway face challenges that could affect the makeup of our town. Changes that could affect us in the next 20+ years. That's why I decided to run. With my background in Real Estate and Governmental Policy, I have the unique perspective of understanding the core of the issues facing Midway, and how we can tackle them. My background, years as a Realtor, and advocacy for historic preservation have given me the experience it takes to be a successful Councilperson. As a native of Midway, I want to protect our small-town charm while ensuring we fix the issues at our core. We need Councilmembers who understand the character of our town while representing their constituents. We need to expand our town connectivity through walkability and bikeability, balancing any growth we may face, and fixing the needs we have.
Alongside my experience in real estate, I studied Public Policy at the University of Kentucky. At the Martin School of Public Policy & Administration, I've had the opportunity to combine all of my passions into studying housing, sustainability, and agriculture. Issues that directly affect Midway.

My educational background has allowed me to study what makes neighborhoods and towns thrive while promoting and protecting our valuable farmland. As a Councilmember, I will focus on supporting our small businesses, protecting our small-town charm, and investing in valuable infrastructure.
The backbone of my campaign is ensuring that every voter deserves a voice. Your elected officials should represent your opinions, not their own. Our government works best when everyone is involved and when our representatives actually represent us. That is exactly what I will strive for as a Councilmember.

It's also important to be transparent, communicative, and involved in the community. I will always strive to be as transparent as possible, especially when controversial issues come up in our community. It is also important to note that elected officials should be communicative and let their constituents know when big issues arise. I've pledged to answer any texts, calls, or social media messages, so I can be the best representative possible. It's also important to attend community events and support our community, all year, rather than just Election years. Elected officials are community members, and I have pledged to continue my support of all our community does.
My educational and professional background, along with my upbringing in Midway make me uniquely qualified to be a Councilmember. I bring experience from my background, transparency, and the trust that I will do the right thing for Midway.

I love Midway and want to see it continue to succeed. That is the goal at the end of every day. I will work hard to be a Councilmember that everyone will be proud of. I will wake up asking, "What can I do for you for you?" I will bring a willingness to listen, passion for our town, a hard work ethic, and a new perspective.

As a member of Gen-Z, I want to be the voice of the generation that will feel the effects of our laws. I'll bring a fresh, young perspective to the issues we face. I want to ensure that every voice in Midway is heard, no matter who you are. I'll be a new voice on Midway City Council, a voice for everyone.
Our local government is what directly affects most people. Whether it be property taxes, the City budget, or community events, the Council has the power to control most operations in town. It is important to have a good relationship with your councilperson, so you can voice your opinion on any issues that they may be voting on.

I continue to believe that your local government can be more influential in your daily life than state or federal government. It is important to know your Councilmembers, to attend Council meetings, and to understand what is going on at the local level.
