Ida S. Sotello was a 2014 candidate for the justice of the peace court in Brewster County, Texas (Precinct 1).[1]

Sotello ran for election to the Brewster County Justice Court.
Primary: She was successful in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 28.3 percent of the vote. She competed against John R. Robertson, Kevin Carroll and Gilbert E. Valenzuela.
Because no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote, Sotello faced Valenzuela in a primary runoff election on May 27, 2014.[1][2]
