Idaho 2012 ballot solidified, five measures on voters' plates

BOISE, Idaho: Five statewide ballot measures are on the Idaho statewide ballot this fall.
Three measures were placed on the ballot via the veto referendum process that the state has, while the other two were placed on the ballot via legislative referral.
Below is a breakdown of each ballot measure:
