The Idaho Abolish Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 5, 1918 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.[1]
