Idaho Abolish Probate Court, HJR 3 (1908)

The Idaho Abolish Probate Court Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure abolished the Probate Court and extended the jurisdiction of the District Court. The measure also provided for the election and appointment of judges and salaries, terms of courts, and established a system of districts.[1]
