The Idaho Abolish State Board of Prison Commissioners Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the State Board of Prison Commissioners.[1]
