Idaho Annual Legislative Sessions, HJR 1 (1968)

The Idaho Annual Legislative Sessions Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 1, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required legislative sessions to be held annually rather than biennially. It also required the sessions to begin on the second Monday of January rather than the first Monday of January.[1][2]
