The Idaho Anti Gambling Act, also known as Initiative 1, was on the November 5, 1946 ballot in Idaho as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have made officers who refused or neglected to enforce anti-gambling statutes subject to removal from their position.[1][2]
