Idaho Authority to Exchange Granted Lands, SJR 1 (1936)

The Idaho Authority to Exchange Granted Lands Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 1, was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave the legislature the power to authorize the state board of land commissioners to exchange granted lands for other granted lands under agreement of the United States.[1]
