Idaho Change State Auditor Title, SJR 109 (1994)

The Idaho Change State Auditor Title Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 16, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the title of State Auditor to State Controller. The measure also prohibited the State Controller from performing any post-audit functions.[1]
