Idaho Co-operative Associations, HJR 8 (1918)

The Idaho Co-operative Associations Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 8, was on the November 5, 1918 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided that Co-operative Associations not be governed by provisions relating to the manner of voting for directors of incorporated companies.[1]
