Idaho Completion and Construction of State Capitol Building, HJR 3 (1910)

The Idaho Completion and Construction of State Capitol Building Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the legislature to authorize sufficient bond issue or make appropriation to complete construction and furnishing of State Capitol building at Boise.[1]
