The Idaho Constitutional Amendments Published in Newspapers Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 118, was on the November 5, 1974 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required all Constitutional amendments to be published in all newspapers qualified to run legal notices three times before the general election.[1][2]
