Idaho Continuity of Government, SJR 4 (1960)

The Idaho Continuity of Government Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required the legislature to take action to insure continuity of state and local governmental operations in periods of emergency resulting from the threat or occurrence of enemy attack.[1][2]
