Idaho County Prosecuting Attorney Term Limit, HJR 15 (1982)
The Idaho County Prosecuting Attorney Term Limit Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 15, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure extended the County Prosecuting Attorney term limit from two to four years.[1]
