Idaho Eliminate Land Board, SJR 101 (1972)

The Idaho Eliminate Land Board Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 101, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have eliminated the existing Land Board and allowed the [Idaho Legislature|legislature] to appoint new members to the board.[1][2]
