Idaho Eliminate Probate Courts, HJR 10 (1962)

The Idaho Eliminate Probate Courts Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 10, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure eliminated probate courts and courts of Justices of the Peace as constitutional courts.[1][2]
