Idaho Empower Health Facilities, HJR 12 (1980)

The Idaho Empower Health Facilities Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 12, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure empowered the Idaho Health Facilities Authority to finance or operate health facilities.[1]
