The Idaho Empower Health Facilities to Finance Health Facilities Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 110, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have empowered the Idaho Health Facilities Authority to finance or operate health facilities.[1]
