The Idaho Enlarge Jurisdiction of Supreme Court Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 1, was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure enlarged the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to include matters concerning the Industrial Accident Board.[1]
