Idaho Establish State Tax Commission, SJR 3 (1944)

The Idaho Establish State Tax Commission Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure established a State Tax Commission to replace the State Board of Equalization.[1]
