The Idaho Expansion on Limitation of County and Municipal Indebtedness Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the use of endowment funds and government bonds to be invested in the private sector.[1][2]
