The Idaho Fees on Fish and Game Land Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 14, was on the November 6, 1990 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the legislature to impose fees on fish and game lands.[1]
