The Idaho Four Year Term for County Assessor Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 3, 1970 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure increased the term of the county assessor to four years.[1][2]
