The Idaho General Supervision of Educational Institutions Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 30, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure vested general supervision of educational institutions and public school system in the State Board of Education.[1]
