Idaho Increase Payment Time of Indebtedness, HJR 5 (1964)

The Idaho Increase Payment Time of Indebtedness Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure extended the maximum payment time for counties and municipalities from 20 to 30 years. The measure also created port districts to contract indebtedness and issue revenue bonds.[1][2]
