The Idaho Increase Supreme Court to Five Justices Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have increased the Supreme Court from three justices to five.[1]
