The Idaho Irrigation District Voting Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 2, was on the November 8, 1932 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure restricted qualifications for voters at irrigation district elections to land owners.[1]
