Idaho Judicial Council

The Idaho Judicial Council is a judicial disciplinary agency in Idaho.[1]

Note: State judicial disciplinary agencies do not have appellate jurisdiction or authority over federal court judges and justices.

Organization

The council is made up of six members: the chief justice of the Idaho Supreme Court, one district judge, two attorneys and three members of the public.[2]
