The Idaho Limit Bonded Indebtedness of State Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 16, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure limited the bonded indebtedness of the state to a sum of two million dollars.[1]
