The Idaho Limit Congressional Pay Increases Amendment, also known as Senate Concurrent Resolution 132, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Idaho as an advisory question, where it was approved. The measure ratified an amendment to the United States Constitution which limited congressional pay increases.[1]
