The Idaho Limit Power of the Board of Pardons Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 107, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure limited the power of the Board of Pardons.[1]
