Idaho Liquor Traffic Regulation, SJR 5 (1934)

The Idaho Liquor Traffic Regulation Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 6, 1934 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave the legislature full power to permit, control and regulate the manufacture, sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages.[1]
