The Idaho Monthly Salaries for County Officers Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed county officers to be paid on a monthly basis instead of quarterly.[1]
