Idaho Municipal Bonds, HJR 9 (1950)

The Idaho Municipal Bonds Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 9, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.The measure allowed municipalities to own, purchase, construct and equip water and sewage systems, and to issue bonds to be paid from revenue from those systems .[1][2]
