The Idaho Permit Sale of School Land Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 7, 1916 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the sale of one hundred sections of school lands.[1]
