Idaho Powers of Justice of the Peace, SJR 5 (1956)

The Idaho Powers of Justice of the Peace Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 6, 1956 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave jurisdiction to justices of the peace in any civil or criminal cases, but not in any case where boundaries or titles of property are concerned.[1][2]
