The Idaho Powers of the State Board of Land Commissioners Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 12, was on the November 6, 1900 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the powers of the State Board of Land Commissioners in loaning school money.[1]
