Idaho Property Valuation Initiative, INIT 1 (1978)

The Idaho Property Valuation Initiative, also known as Initiative 1, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure restricted governmental ability to change property valuation or taxes.[1]
