The Idaho Public Hospital Financing Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 111, was on the November 5, 1996 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded options available for public hospital financing, provided that hospital revenues and not tax revenues are used to pay the debt.[1]
