The Idaho Removal of the Superintendent of Public Instruction Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have removed the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction.[1][2]
