The Idaho Remove Cumulative Voting Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 110, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed mandatory cumulative voting in the election of corporate directors.[1]
